We are looking for Virtual Assistants with experience in the Healthcare industry. The Virtual Assistant is expected to look after the crucial tasks of a doctor, maintain the Doctor-Patient relationship, and enhance Patient Care.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant in remote working/in a hospital or clinic.
- Must have strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in the English language.
- Willing to work with flexible hours.
- Must maintain the confidentiality of details to a high extent.
- Skilled in working with technology and trained with appointment scheduling, medical billing, messaging, doctor-patient encounters, and more.
- Ability to work under general direction and independently.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling and coordinating appointments with patients on behalf of a doctor.
- Keeping patients in the loop in case of prescribing medications, lab reports, medical billing, medical history, sending messages, and more.
- Ability to manage time and patients in case of associating with multiple doctors.
- Analyzing associated doctor’s timings and availabilities to attend appointments and accordingly updating calendar timings to book appointments.
- Updating the status of every appointment whether attended, canceled, or unattended.
- Often communicating with patients in a polite and friendly manner to know about their experience with the doctor and the services given from appointment to payment.
